Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are subject to a $10.00 per person handling fee up to $40.00, plus any incurring cancellation fees with our providers. In order to receive a refund, less the handling fee and provider fees, a notice of cancellation must be received 15 days prior to the first day of your visit and all vouchers must be returned. If the cancellation is less than 15 days, or if you don't show up for your package, you will forfeit the entire trip cost.

All activities are scheduled to go rain or shine, so we highly recommend that you bring appropriate rain gear. Wear comfortable footwear and weather-appropriate clothing. A fanny pack or small backpack is recommended to carry your lunch and any personal items. Don't forget cameras and binoculars.

No activities within packages are exclusive unless so stated. Nature Quest, Inc. accepts no responsibility for the ability of participants to take part in any activity. Ability assessment is the responsibility of the participant or their legal guardian. Some activities require a release of liability form to be completed prior to your participation.
